This Refund Policy describes the terms under which You may request a refund for credits purchased on the Spendical platform.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to Spendical.

  • Credits refer to the prepaid units purchased by You to use the document parsing features of the Service. Each successful parse consumes one credit.

  • Service refers to the Spendical website, accessible from https://spendical.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

7-Day Unconditional Refund

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of any credit purchase. If You are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, You may request a complete refund of Your purchase within this period.

This applies regardless of whether the purchased credits have been used. You do not need to provide a reason for Your refund request during this 7-day window.

Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day unconditional refund period has passed, refunds are available only for unused credits. If You have remaining unused credits from a purchase made more than 7 days ago, You may request a refund for the unused portion.

Used credits are non-refundable after the 7-day period, as the AI document processing cost has already been incurred by the Company for each successful parse.

Failed Parses

If the AI cannot successfully parse Your document, the parsing job is marked as failed and no credit is deducted from Your account. You are only charged credits for successful parses. Therefore, no refund is necessary for failed parsing attempts.

Please include the email address associated with Your Spendical account and the approximate date of purchase. We will process Your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving Your request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to purchase credits after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
